ATTENDANCE

To report your OTS student as absent, please send an email to otsattendance@tewksburyschools.org with an explanation for their absence. If you cannot email, you may call the Nurse's office 908-439-2010 extension 4235 or call 908-439-2010, press 1 to connect to OTS and then press 1 again to report your absence.  Please inform us of your child's absence prior to 7:00 AM on school days.

MEDICATION IN SCHOOL

Any student requiring medication during the school day must have signed permission from both the doctor and parent. This is good for the current school year and must be renewed each year. You can find the appropriate medication form under the Health Office Forms tab.  

PHYSICAL EXAMS

Tewksbury Township School District requires a Physical Exam for all new students including Pre School, Kindergarten, and any students transferring into the district. Per N.J.A.C. 6A:16-2.2, families are encouraged to submit an updated physical exam for their child once during each developmental stage:
● Preschool – Grade 3
● Grades 4 – 6
● Grades 7 – 12

Please provide a copy to the school health office to keep records current and support your child’s health in school. You can find the appropriate forms under the Health Office Forms tab.
