OTS would like to welcome Mrs. Kathy Gould as our new school counselor.  In addition to being a certified school counselor, Mrs. Gould also holds the credential of Licensed Professional Counselor.  Mrs. Gould comes to us with a decade of counseling experience, having spent the last five years serving as an elementary school counselor in Mount Olive and Frelinghuysen Township.
